Beef tripe is made from the muscle wall of a cow's stomach and is commonly used in many cuisines including Mexican (Menudo soup), Filipino (oxtails with tripe), and Roman (with marinara sauce) to name a few. 

Each package is approximately 1 to 1-1/2 lbs.
