Beef hearts are lean, high in iron, and nutrient dense containing zinc, selenium, phosphorus, and collagen.  They have a strong flavor and firm texture calling for a slow cook process or quick flash fry (keeping the meat rare).

Each heart is approximately 5- 6 lbs. each.
